1. Low-altitude electrostatic precipitators are suitable for kitchens with high requirements
High-altitude electrostatic precipitators, also known as high-altitude emission electrostatic precipitators, are generally installed on the top floor of a building to dilute oil fume exhaust gas through high-level airflow.
Low-altitude electrostatic precipitators, also known as low-altitude emission electrostatic precipitators, generally require equipment to have high purification efficiency and discharge directly at low altitudes without diluting oil fume exhaust gas.
Low-altitude electrostatic precipitators can be installed either at low or high altitudes, and if high-altitude electrostatic precipitators are installed at low altitudes, the restaurant may not meet environmental protection standards.

According to national standards, the maximum allowable emission concentration of oil smoke is 2.0mg/m³. The purification efficiency of the corresponding purification system shall not be less than 85% for large systems, 75% for medium systems, and 60% for small systems.
