1. User usage habits

If the electrostatic dust collector is frequently switched on and the fan is not started first, and the sealant outside the pipeline falls off, it may cause damage to the electrostatic dust collector or smoke leakage.

The correct way to use it should be: do not switch the equipment frequently and keep it running for a long time. The power consumption of the electrostatic dust collector itself will not be very large. If the fan and purifier are not started simultaneously, the fan should be turned on first and then the purifier should be turned on; when cleaning the outside of the pipeline, pay attention to the sealant at the pipe connection to avoid falling off and leaking smoke due to misoperation.

2. Regular maintenance and cleaning

Clean and maintain the fan regularly. In our daily life, we will find that the fan blade has a layer of black dust and dirt, which greatly affects the air volume and beauty. The same is true for the fan. Regularly discharge oil and dirt from cleaning the electrostatic dust collector. During long-term operation of the oil fume purification equipment, a lot of oil dirt will accumulate. The bottom valve should be opened regularly to discharge the equipment's dirt oil and scrubbed the surface of the electrostatic dust collector to avoid the erosion of the oil dirt on the electrostatic dust collector parts and affect the purification efficiency and service life.
