This configuration significantly boosts efficiency to 98%–99.9%, minimizing pollutant breakthrough even under heavy grease loads. Double-pass systems are ideal for low-level exhaust, strict environmental regulations, and sensitive urban or mixed-use buildings.While double-pass units incur higher pressure drop, larger space needs, and increased maintenance, they provide superior long-term performance and compliance.
