Finally, brand, order quantity and after-sales service matter. Generic factory-direct unbranded products cut upfront costs but lack stable spare parts supply. Established brands offer full warranties and global maintenance support at a moderate markup. Bulk wholesale orders for chain restaurants usually bring a volume discount.
