What  is DR. AIRE electrostatic precipitator(ESP)  principle of operation?

Electrostatic Precipitator uses the electrons emitted by the cathode in the high-voltage collector cell and the negative ions generated by the electrons colliding with air molecules to capture the particles of oil fume,black smoke and oil mist,after the particles are charged,and then use the effect of the collector cell,the charged particles are absorbed by the cathode, in order to achieve the purpose of removing and purifying the oil fume.

Notes of DR. AIRE ESP when using:

1.When using the ESP,ensure that the equipment is kept away from flammable and explosive materials.

2.Reduce air convection in the kitchen and keep the working environment of the purification equipment in a negative pressure state.

3.When multiple oil fume purifiers are used in parallel and drawn by a unified fan,ensure that the processing air volume allocated by each ESP matches its respective processing air volume.

4.The air duct connecting the air inlet and outlet of the ESP should be as smooth as possible,and the soft connection should be straight.Sealing measures should be taken at the joint to prevent air leakage.

5.Ensure that employees make the power-on inspections before starting the equipment,and regularly clean and maintain the ESP.

6.Due to the high-pressure system inside the ESP,when the equipment is operating normally, do not open the door or touch any parts inside the equipment,and do not insert other hard objects into the equipment.
