What are the precautions for installing a stand-alone dust collector?

2020-06-04

The stand-alone dust collector is mainly composed of filter bags, dust box, dust collector and fan. The dust is directly sucked into the dust collector box by the negative pressure of the fan through the suction pipe, effectively using gravity and upward airflow. The particulate dust is directly collected on the outer surface by the filter, and its clean gas is effectively filtered, decomposed and purified by its filter element, and then flows into the clean room effectively, so that it will be directly discharged from the air outlet of the fan. The entire dust removal process is a gravity , Inertial forces and collisions.

The single machine dust collector is widely used. The products are widely used in food, biology, mechanical hardware, mining, metallurgy, ceramics, and loading and unloading industries. The equipment is suitable for fine metal chips with small specific gravity and dust for foundry sand, Gypsum powder, bakelite powder, cement, etc. also have a good dust removal effect within a certain range.

The stand-alone dust collector can be effectively installed in the position of the mechanical equipment that generates dust. The size of the air inlet on the dust collector can be directly taken by the user. You can configure the metal or plastic dust suction pipe and dust cover, and the electrical control box cover of the device Do not open it at will during work.

During the operation of the single-unit dust collector, it can effectively carry out regular vibration cleaning according to its dust properties and capacity. Generally, it is vibrated three to four times per shift, which can ensure the normal operation of its equipment to a certain extent.

The stand-alone dust collector is installed in the vicinity of the mechanical equipment that generates dust, and the user can configure the metal or plastic dust suction pipe and dust hood according to the size of the air inlet on the dust collector.

Precautions for installing stand-alone dust collector

1) The cover of the electric control box of the stand-alone dust collector should not be opened arbitrarily during work. If the cleaning time needs to be adjusted or the circuit needs to be checked, the power supply should be cut off after shutdown.

2) According to the nature and capacity of the dust, the single-unit dust collector should be vibrated regularly to clean the dust. Generally, the vibration is beaten 3 to 4 times per shift to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.

3) According to the actual needs, the single-unit dust collector regularly removes the dust. When the dust in the dust collector is removed, it is only necessary to open the sealed dust exit door and pull out the drawer when the fan and dust removal mechanism stop working.

4) In order to ensure that the dust removal equipment is in the best working state, it should be as close as possible to the dust source, generally 1.5 to 2.0 m is best, the connection pipe is as short as possible, and the elbows are minimized to avoid increased resistance loss.

5) Vacuum hood is a key accessory to ensure that the stand-alone dust collector unit is in the best state. The user should make it according to the nature of the dust size of the processed parts, according to the principles of common, near, smooth, sealed and designed vacuum hood Ideal vacuum hood.

6) Before working, check whether the maintenance door, the ash door, and the air pipe connection system are sealed before working to prevent leakage and reduce the dust suction effect.

7) The voltage of the single-unit dust collector is three-phase AC 380 V, and it can be used after being connected to the power supply from the external wire on the single-unit dust collector. During the initial rotation, pay attention to whether the fan is rotating forward (such as reverse rotation, the air volume is very small Need to change the power wiring).

Causes of low efficiency of stand-alone dust collector

1. The stand-alone dust collector manually closes the lift valve of each room in turn and observes the dust collector chimney. If the lift valve of which room is closed, the dust emission of the chimney is significantly reduced, indicating which room is damaged;

2. The stand-alone dust collector closes the pulse valve and poppet valve in the room where the bag is broken, opens the inspection door, and determines the number and position of the damaged filter bags;

3. The stand-alone dust collector removes the broken bag, which is used to cover the hole of the flower plate with a cover plate, or directly tie the mouth of the broken bag;

4. If the filter bag is damaged in a small area, the filter cloth can also be replaced with a new filter cloth of the same material. The hole filling method is to use silicone rubber mixture for bonding, as long as the temperature and chemical of the adhesive are used. The performance can be adapted to the process conditions.
